Our Manufacturing Capability

We operate from our main Kilbarchan site which houses our head-office and manufacturing facilities. We have four coating machines offering different features, which form the back-bone of our operations. Our coating operation is supported by four slitting machines which slit the 1.5m rolls of labelstock down to the widths as-per our customers’ requirements.

 

Our pride in our Scottish Heritage as well as in being one of the UK’s premier labeling manufacturers for 159 years is reflected in the names of our four coaters. They are:

 

• The Highlander - Our water based adhesive coater/laminator with an in-line siliconising facility.
• The Clansman - Our thermal coater/laminator.
• The Claymore - Our hot-melt adhesive coater/laminator.
• The Caledonian - Our specialist water based coater laminator.
• Slitting Machines - Four slitting machines.
