Our Irish Sales Manager, George Keyes, recommends that we should concentrate on a “water based versus hot melt alternative” as way to gain a competitive edge, particularly when combined with an FSC approved Gloss face. He reports that our HTS320 adhesive has successfully replaced a competitor’s (Ritrama) hot melt product at a very large end user in Ireland (over 1million Sq.Metres). He also asserts that this adhesive has had reasonable success in the milk label market and that any set backs can be overcome by usual test/approval procedures being followed.
